Brookfield GVM Ltd may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with matters that may include, but are not limited to, payment handling, delivery of purchased items, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. Any Data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that Brookfield GVM Ltd requests.
Once you have placed an order and the process is complete; you will be sent two emails, one email will be a proof of purchase in the form of a PayPal/Sagepay/Secure Trading receipt. The second email will be your voucher which will be sent to you via an automated system. Please be aware that your voucher will not be sent until the full amount of the voucher has been received. Please note that when paying with e-cheques the voucher can only be sent once the payment has been received, this can take up to 5 days. In rare circumstances, voucher emails can be seen as spam or junk, if your voucher cannot be found in your inbox please check these folders.
First please check your spam or junk folder. Once you have placed your order, your voucher will be generated and sent to the requested emailed via an automated system. It is common for e-mail providers or company filters to categorise the email as spam or junk mail, and therefore send it to the two respective folders. In the unlikely event that the voucher email cannot be found in the inbox, spam or junk folders then it may need to be resent. To get a voucher resent you must contact the Gift Voucher Manager by phone (0845 094 0128) or email (GVM@brookfielddigital.co.uk) with a request for your voucher to be resent.
If you are having trouble downloading your voucher, you should contact Gift Voucher Manager via email or phone and explain the problems you are having. The Gift Voucher Manager will then guide you through the process until a suitable solution is found, or alternatively the GVM will resend your voucher on another platform that will allow you to download your voucher an alternative way.
Once a gift voucher has expired, it will no longer be valid. However, an extension of validity may be granted at the discretion of the vender. To get permission for a voucher to be extended and resent, you must contact the GVM who will then contact the vendor as your representative and ask for permission for an extension. The GVM will then notify you of the vendor's decision. If the vendor does grant an extension, it is up to them to warrant how long the extension shall last. This voucher shall then be resubmitted to the customer by the GVM with the new validity date. The expiry date of a Voucher will be clearly stated on the new voucher.
Vouchers are not currently available to purchase over the phone due to legal issues. To purchase a voucher you must do so through the website of the vendor. If you are having trouble purchasing a voucher you can contact the Gift Voucher Manager via phone or email and you will be advised on how to resolve any technical issues you may be having.
When you are in the process of buying a voucher you will be given the chance to select the quantity of vouchers that you would like to purchase, what you would like them to say and who you would like them to be sent to. Up to 10 vouchers of each unit are available to purchase at one time. If the vouchers you are purchasing are gifts, and you would like the vouchers to go to multiple recipients, you are able to amend the recipients email address for each voucher purchased during the ordering process. If you would like to purchase multiple unique vouchers you will have to complete the purchasing process for each unique voucher.
If your voucher is not displaying correctly you should contact the Gift Voucher Manager via email or phone explaining in detail what your problem is; from there the Gift Voucher Manager will either advise you on how to solve the issue, or resend your voucher with the information displaying properly via another platform.
If you have made a mistake when entering the details for the voucher and you wish to change it (such as the spelling of the recipient's name), you must contact the Gift Voucher Manager via email or phone with a request to change the incorrect information.
The possibility of a refund will depend on the terms and conditions of the voucher, which is decided by the vendor. If the provider of the voucher has stated to the Gift Voucher Manager that they have approved the refund, it can then be processed. When a voucher has been refunded it will be done via PayPal and the purchaser will receive a refund receipt confirming that the refund has been completed. The refund will usually show up in your account within 2-3 working days.
If you have been charged twice for a single voucher you must contact the Gift Voucher Manager via phone or email stating the details of the payment. The Gift Voucher Manager will the access your transaction and the extra payment will then be refunded via PayPal and you should receive a confirmation from PayPal to show that the refund has been successful. The refund will usually show up in your account within 2-3 working days.
If you have lost or deleted your voucher, you can request to get another voucher sent to via email. To get your voucher reset you must contact the Gift Voucher Manager via phone or email, with a request to get your voucher resent. Once the request has been sent you should receive your voucher or a response from the Gift Voucher Manager within the next 24 hours. Please allow for this time to retrieve your voucher when contacting the Gift Voucher Manager.
Unless the vendor has specified, otherwise all gift voucher are sent via email and are unavailable to order by post.

Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase vouchers from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this Website. Brookfield SDM Ltd acts as an agent on behalf of the Merchant for the sale and purchase of goods and services. The Merchant is the seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for anything you purchase.Vouchermine is not directly linked to the Merchant and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by the Merchant.

The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher. By purchasing a voucher, a customer acquires the right to print a Voucher issued by the participating Merchant and to use the Voucher according to its terms and the terms of this Agreement. No liability or responsibility is accepted by Brookfield SDM Ltd. for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from involvement in any Goods and/or Services provided by the Merchant. Funds on our vouchers are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the Merchant becoming insolvent, the funds on our vouchers may not be available to spend.
Vouchers are for one use only and subject to availability. To use the voucher, the voucher holder should provide a printed PDF of the voucher or alternatively display it on a mobile device. The vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable. The voucher's expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date. You may need to book a service, in such instances please contact the Merchant in advance. Vouchermine and the Merchant are not responsible for any lost, stolen, undeliverable or delayed vouchers or any network failures. In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. The Merchant reserves the right to reject illegible or incomplete vouchers. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount.
Each voucher has specific terms associated with the voucher, which will be presented to you before you commit to purchase the particular voucher. Specific terms supersede terms in this Agreement, except to the extent such terms are prohibited by applicable law. The Merchant or Vouchermine must receive full payment for the price of the vouchers before we can accept any offers. An offer made by you to purchase vouchers shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we send you a confirmatory email confirming that the vouchers have been delivered. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. All prices and charges on the Website are in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process. All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.
Vouchers are issued by email or postal address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address vouchers. Vouchermine is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser.
The Merchant is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, destroyed or used without purchaser's permission. Risk of loss passes to voucher purchaser upon electronic transmission of the voucher to the designated recipient. Vouchermine or the Merchant reserves right to cancel issued vouchers, close user accounts, and/or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed or used to make purchases.
Save to the extent that you exercise your right as a consumer to bring an action in or rely on the laws of your country of domicile, the interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts for the determination of disputes.
