Background:

This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Brookfield SDM Ltd the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

3. Our Use of Data

Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Brookfield SDM Ltd for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to 12 months.
Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not include our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.

Brookfield SDM Ltd may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.
In the event that any Data submitted by Users will be transferred in such a manner, you will not be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted you will not be given the choice to have your Data deleted or withheld from the new owner or controller.

When I will receive my voucher (s)?

All electronic gift vouchers are issued by our automated system shortly after purchase to the provided recipient email address. The gift voucher should be received within 60 minutes of the purchase. All postal gift vouchers are despatched via 1st Class Royal Mail post; please allow 1-3 working days for your gift vouchers to arrive.

I haven't received my voucher (s)?

If you haven’t received your e-voucher please check your spam or junk folder as your spam filter may have blocked it. If your gift voucher hasn’t been received at all, please contact us on team@vouchermine.co.uk and a member of our team will re-issue your gift voucher. If your postal gift voucher hasn’t arrived by the fourth working day after purchase, please contact us on team@vouchermine.co.uk and a member of our team will investigate this for you.

I can't download my voucher.

Please contact team@vouchermine.co.uk and a member of the team will re-issue your gift voucher using an alternative platform.

My Voucher has expired, can I extend it?

An extension of your gift voucher may be granted at the discretion of the venue. Please contact the venue directly as we are unable to extend gift vouchers without authorisation from them. If the venue does grant an extension, it is up to them to warrant how long the extension shall last. Once the Vouchermine team has received consent from the venue, a new gift voucher will be issued stating the new expiry date.

Can I buy a voucher over the phone?

We are unable to process sales over the phone due to security factors, therefore the gift vouchers must be purchased online. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us on team@vouchermine.co.uk and a member of our team will assist you.

How do I order more than one voucher?

If you would like to purchase multiple of the same voucher, please add these to the basket individually as you navigate the website.

My Voucher is not displaying properly.

Please contact us on team@vouchermine.co.uk describing in detail the problem that you are having. A member of our team will then be in touch to advise you on how to resolve the issue or re-issue your gift voucher via an alternative platform that will display correctly.

I have made a mistake when entering the details.

If you need us to make any changes to your order, please contact us on team@vouchermine.co.uk immediately detailing the changes you need made. Please note this may cause a delay in processing and dispatching your order.

Can I get a refund?

A refund of your gift voucher may be granted at the discretion of the vendor. Please contact the venue directly by email or phone as we are unable to refund gift vouchers without written authorisation from them. If the vendor does grant a refund, we will process this and the money will be returned to your account within 10 working days.

I've been charged twice

If you notice that you’ve been charged twice for a single gift voucher, please contact us on team@vouchermine.co.uk as soon as possible and a member of our team will assist you in acquiring a refund for the second payment as soon as possible. Once the refund has been processed, the money will be returned to your account within 5-10 working days.

I have lost/deleted my voucher

Please contact us on team@vouchermine.co.uk to request that your gift voucher is resent. Please ensure that you include your gift voucher details, such as the gift voucher code and venue that the gift voucher is for, so that we can locate and resend your gift voucher as soon as possible.

Can I order a postal voucher?

At the checkout, underneath the description of the gift voucher(s) you are purchasing is the option to choose email delivery or postal delivery. If the option for postal delivery isn’t shown, then unfortunately postal delivery isn’t available for your selected voucher.

1. General Voucher Terms & Conditions

Voucher sales through www.vouchermine.co.uk (Vouchermine) are managed by Brookfield SDM Ltd. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase vouchers from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this Website. Brookfield SDM Ltd acts as an agent on behalf of the Merchant for the sale and purchase of goods and services. The Merchant is the seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for anything you purchase.Vouchermine is not directly linked to the Merchant and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by the Merchant.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree to the Notices and Disclaimers. We try to make sure that all information on the Website, including descriptions of the vouchers, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of services/goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the Website.

2. Merchant Responsibility

By purchasing a voucher, a customer acquires the right to print a Voucher issued by the participating Merchant and to use the Voucher according to its terms and the terms of this Agreement. No liability or responsibility is accepted by Brookfield SDM Ltd. for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from involvement in any Goods and/or Services provided by the Merchant. Funds on our vouchers are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the Merchant becoming insolvent, the funds on our vouchers may not be available to spend.

3. General Voucher Terms and Conditions

Vouchers are for one use only and subject to availability. To use the voucher, the voucher holder should provide a printed PDF of the voucher or alternatively display it on a mobile device. The vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable. The voucher's expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date. You may need to book a service, in such instances please contact the Merchant in advance. Vouchermine and the Merchant are not responsible for any lost, stolen, undeliverable or delayed vouchers or any system or network failures (including third party providers). In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. The Merchant reserves the right to reject illegible or incomplete vouchers. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

4. Specific Voucher Terms and Conditions

Each voucher has specific terms associated with the voucher, which will be presented to you before you commit to purchase the particular voucher. Specific terms supersede terms in this Agreement, except to the extent such terms are prohibited by applicable law. The Merchant or Vouchermine must receive full payment for the price of the vouchers before we can accept any offers. An offer made by you to purchase vouchers shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we send you a confirmatory email confirming that the vouchers have been delivered. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. All prices and charges on the Website are in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process. All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

5. Delivery of Vouchers

Vouchers are issued by email or postal address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address vouchers. Vouchermine is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser.

6. Risk of Loss & Fraud

The Merchant is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, destroyed or used without purchaser's permission. Risk of loss passes to voucher purchaser upon electronic transmission of the voucher to the designated recipient. Vouchermine or the Merchant reserves right to cancel issued vouchers, close user accounts, and/or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed or used to make purchases.

7. General

Save to the extent that you exercise your right as a consumer to bring an action in or rely on the laws of your country of domicile, the interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts for the determination of disputes.
