Name Pata Negra refers to the finest Jamon Iberico, produced from free range Black Iberian pigs, fed on acorns (Bellota), and cured for 36 months. Needless to say, cured meats are a particular focus for Pata Negra. You are sure to find something for all tastes with regularly changing menu of seasonal tapas dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian dishes & a short but sweet dessert menu.
